Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns of unused product(s) must be made within 14 days from date of receipt with the exception of sale items which are final sale. 

All tags must be fully attached to returned items and in their original, undamaged packaging. Bags must be returned complete with all accessories. We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged in any way. This also includes normal wear and tear of the item(s). 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or items that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Photos are taken of each individual bag as our quality reference before sending. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact customer care immediately. 

 
RETURNS PROCEDURE
 
  • Send us an email explaining the reason for your return. Once we have agreed on the refund or return, please package your return. Package the return items securely, using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including the invoice and dustbag. 
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from date of original purchase.

Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper. Chinyere Ugoji is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at the sole discretion of Chinyere Ugoji.

For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages. The cost for the shipping of returns is your responsibility. If you received free shipping, the cost of that comparible shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

After our warehouse has received your return and verified that all of the conditions have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Refund times depend on the payment method used when purchasing:

  • Credit or Debit Card: refund times will depend on the Card company’s policies. We assure you that the currency date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees 

  • Payment with PayPal: The refund will be visible within 24 hours from when you receive your confirmation e-mail.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

On international Canadian orders, refunds will not include any customs or import duties, brokerage fees or taxes paid on shipments.
